Terms & Conditions for the Michelle Tavli Travel Competition
1. Competition Dates
– Entries open immediately and close at 11:59 PM (AEST) on January 30, 2025.
– The winner will be announced on February 3, 2025, on our official Facebook and Instagram pages.
2. Eligibility
– Participants must be 18 years or older.
– Must be a citizen of Australia and New Zealand
– Open to both past clients and the public; however, entries must be submitted following the specific guidelines belo
3. Entry Requirements
To qualify, participants must:
– Post a photo or short-form video (10-15 seconds maximum) from a favourite travel experience.
– Tag @michelletavlitravel in the post.
– Use the hashtag #sayyestoMichelleTavliTravel
– Only entries meeting all of the above criteria will be considered valid.
4. Content Guidelines
– Entries must be respectful, family-friendly, and adhere to Instagram and Facebook content policies.
– By entering, participants confirm that they own the rights to the submitted content and grant Michelle Tavli Travel permission to share or repost the entry on our social media platforms.
5. Prize
– The prize is a $500 travel voucher redeemable for a future booking with Michelle Tavli Travel.
– The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed within 12 months of the announcement date.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted via direct message on the platform of entry.
– If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified, an alternate winner may be selected.
