She has worked with Inbound tourism, Airlines, Hospitality, Wholesale and Retail Travel for over 25 years. Jacqui has visited over 24 countries and combines this knowledge to help create amazing journeys.

Need help navigating travel with special challenges?
A mother of 2 boys, she has mastered the art of pacing itineraries to suit everyone in the family including an autistic child. As a Celiac herself, she can assist with dietary requirements when travelling.

Weekends away with good friends to see Musicals and live Theatre. Of course, she loves to travel, fun customers, flexible customers and generally loves to help people plan their travel adventures.

Claudia finds joy in life’s simple pleasures – like peaceful weekends away with her husband and their beloved dog. She’s a big fan of good food, especially when it’s shared with friends and family.
As for her favourite destination? That’s a tough one – with over 30 countries ticked off her list, it’s hard to choose! But if she had to pick, Switzerland would win her heart for its postcard-perfect scenery, delicious cuisine, sparkling cleanliness, and (of course) the irresistible Swiss chocolate.

Jacqui created a 2 1/2 week family holiday to Japan. Sightseeing the first week and snowboarding the 2nd week. I would never have thought of going to the places Jacqui suggested. We absolutely loved all of it. A small hiccup with accommodation and Jacqui was all over it. She speaks fluent Japanese which makes life extremely easy. I could not fault the seamless transitions from train to hotel bookings. All documents easily loaded in the travel app with your itinerary at your finger tips giving you prompts of what's coming up next. QR codes for your train bookings on paper or in the app, plus a folder with so much information on the culture. Both my wife and I booked our recent holiday to Vietnam through Michelle Tavli and team and were very happy with the attention to detail that they showed. All our tours and transportation were organised and when we had an issue with our accommodation in Hanoi and contacted Michelle, after hours in Australia she took the time to contact the hotel, sort it out and we were moved straight away to the room that we had booked. We would recommend using Michelle and Team to our friends and family for any holidays they may be planning.

From the moment I spoke with Michelle i was blown away with not only how lovely she was, but with how she took the time to listen to exactly what we were hoping to get out of our holiday, and came back to me with multiple options that were all beautiful holiday ideas. Michelle took the time to nut out all of the details for us, from arranging our flights to finding us a great package at a stunning resort and it was by far the best holiday we have ever had! I gave Jacqui Cuffe complete control over the 2 weeks I had spare in Germany and France. Jacqui gave us options of 3 accommodation ranges in each city to choose from, and found a beautiful Chåteau outside of Paris to celebrate a belated birthday and even organised a birthday dessert surprise for us. All rail and flights were perfectly planned. We even managed an early check-in at our first stop once they checked our booking and realised it was booked via Michelle Tavli Travel and not an online option. Now there's another positive of booking with MTT and Michelle Tavli's team. This is the second holiday Jacqui has booked for my family this year, we are so impressed I'm already talking about our plans for next year!
