  • Base yourself in Scoglitti, a traditional fishing village on Sicily’s south coast.
  • Learn to make ricotta cassateddi with Nonna Maria.
  • Discover Sicilian cannoli and scacce, including a hands-on cooking experience.
  • Explore Ragusa Ibla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, followed by dinner at a Michelin-star restaurant.
  • Visit beautiful Noto and Ortigia, including the historic Duomo di Siracusa.
  • Discover Modica, visit Sicily’s oldest chocolate factory and taste traditional chocolate and cannoli.
  • Experience a working historic flour mill, learn to make fresh ricotta and dine in a cave setting.
